We are a home based business that had humble beginnings in 2013 through the support of our friends and family. Since that time, we have grown our capabilities from only sandblasted glass items to both laser engraving and CNC routing to provide you with customized and special personalized gifts and promotional items that will leave an impression and make memories.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We currently only ship within the United States. Our standard shipping method is via UPS Ground and the cost is estimated based on total value of the order. If expedited shipping is required for your looming time sensitive deadline, shipping will be added based on current UPS or FedEx rates. Please use our contact page for any specific questions regarding your shipping needs. 

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. All items require a proof approval prior to the order being processed. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us to discuss the situation so a solution can be located. 

 

What is your returns policy?

 

A proof is submitted to you prior to the order being processed. We do not normally accept returns for items completed per the proof, however; we will be happy to discuss the situation to locate a solution. 

 
How do I track my order?

 

After an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipping information and tracking number. Please contact us by phone or email with any tracking specific questions. 

 

Why do some items not have pricing?

Many of the items that are offered are done on a individual order basis. We consider all of your specific requirements prior to providing a quote for many projects. There is no commitment for this service until the proof has been approved and payment has been made. Due to the amount of time required on custom orders, refunds will not be provided after the proof has been approved. 

 

How soon should I expect my order?

Most orders ship within 5 business days after the proof approval is received. Some items may take a bit longer if they are not in stock at the time of order, however; you will be alerted to this situation prior to you proof approval.
